Founded in 1995 as Metropolitan Investment and Development, we have been a driving force in collaborative success through joint venture partnerships in land development. From 1995 to 2000, we thrived as equity partners, combining our strengths to transform over 30 carefully selected properties in France, Nevada and California into vibrant, sustainable, and value-driven assets. In 2000, rebranding ourselves as Grand Pacific Communities Corp, we transitioned from joint venture collaborators to a prominent homebuilder. Taking charge of our projects with a dedicated team of experts marked a pivotal moment in our journey, allowing us to steer our developments with a deeper level of expertise and autonomy.
Land Development
In the years 2017-2018, we strategically extended our focus to incorporate land entitlement. During this period, we successfully entitled and sold multiple parcels of land, reinforcing our position as a dynamic and forward-thinking player in the real estate market.
